These terms are a placeholder until a lawyer reviews them. They are not an offer and not the agreement you will sign. RecruitMCP is an API and MCP server with two modules: sourcing public professional profiles, and outreach from an account you connect. You keep control of that account. The outreach page states the channel and the automation risk. No tool can promise zero risk.
